Default Winter project ideas

For this winter I have 2 project ideas

1. gen2 lightning

2. gen10 F150 flairside ( reg cab 4X4) 4BT conversion

Which project I end up doing depends on which truck I find first. The purpose of the thread is to gain tips on the 4BT conversion project as I have no idea where to start on a gas to diesel conversion. All suggestions and tips welcome.
Thanks to all in advance.

I have yet to see a 4bt swap in our gen trucks because of how they started putting the engine inside the dash and cab so far back. It makes clearance a pain. The only modern f150 4bt swap I saw was in a 95. Much more hood space

There was a guy that did it before but I don't remember his name.

For the gas to diesel I could tell you first step is get rid of everything electronic drivetrain and gas related minus the rearend and front end
