lol the main reason i wanna motor change is the kid before me claimed he didnt beat on it(didnt beleave him) but i seen him in his new truck the other night,, it was awful and i didnt think this truck did but i hadn't checked the oil in 2 weeks or so and i checked today and its 1qt low, the truck doesnt smoke or anything but i dont see it leaking, where would the oil be going?? it burned a qt in 700 miles i think thats kinda bad, if i have to pull it apart its getting a 5.4 swap, anyone know how hard that will be to swap? will everything hook up?

ehh its just a thought.. lol i dont need allot more power but id like to atleast get a programer and headers it runs good iv put probably 2000 miles on it so far and it runs great

the only mod I would be doing would be a rocker restore... as long as the engine works well I wouldn't worry about it. if the rockers are so rusted that you don't even want to drive it during the winter then why would you even think about doing anything else to the truck?
