If your looking to get more power back gearing it lower is your best bet! Or go back to stock tire size.... But who wants to do that! Lol

lol the main reason i wanna motor change is the kid before me claimed he didnt beat on it(didnt beleave him) but i seen him in his new truck the other night,, it was awful and i didnt think this truck did but i hadn't checked the oil in 2 weeks or so and i checked today and its 1qt low, the truck doesnt smoke or anything but i dont see it leaking, where would the oil be going?? it burned a qt in 700 miles i think thats kinda bad, if i have to pull it apart its getting a 5.4 swap, anyone know how hard that will be to swap? will everything hook up?

you know i noticed no one ever says get a 4 valve heads hey put a 4v in it

ehh its just a thought.. lol i dont need allot more power but id like to atleast get a programer and headers it runs good iv put probably 2000 miles on it so far and it runs great
