When i roll my passenger window down, it will go about half way just fine. But when it hits the half way point is will slow down for about 1/4 of the way, then speed back up until its rolled down all the way. The colder it is, the worse the problem. (in the winter it wont even go down) Is this the motor going bad? If so, is there a way to save it before it goes completely bad?
