I have a 2002 f150 2x4, 4.2 v6. i currently have a coil spring spacer leveling kit and 315/75r16 on stock alloy rims. i have just bought a set of helo maxx6 black 17's with a -12 offset and 5.46 backspace. and im wrappin them with 35/12.50/17 kumho kl71 mt's.. will I be able to turn all the way when i put my 3in body lift on? i rub my frame and sway bar now thats the reason for the offset, but will i still rub?

Yea you should be good man. With the 1.5" coil spacer alone you will be good for 32" tires so with the 3inch lift you will add atleast another 3inches in tire size.
