Default Will these rims work?

I have a stock 2000 F-150 4x4 Offroad which I am getting new tires and rims for. I am going to be getting BF Goodrich All Terrains 285/70/17. Now after search I finally find rims I like in my bolt pattern! However will this rim with the backspacing and offset work? I will be cranking my torsion bars if that helps any. Here's the specifications of the rim.

Dick Cepex GM7
-17in rim
-00mm offset
-5.04" backspacing

should fit i have 285/0/17's on stock rims right now no rub whatsoever

so with this backspace combo you should be pulled out a little more than stock
