Default Will it fit? «Help»

Hi i currently ride a 2000 F-150 7700 edition.

Right now it is completely stock.

I want to get some mags and tires to give a more agressive look to the truck.

Here is what i want:

- Mags --> 17 X 8,,,7X150 bolt patern,,,10 ofsett
- Tires --> Nitto terra grappler (285/65/18)

I dont want to lift!

All suggestions appreciated.

Let's assume your truck is around the same height and dimensions as my 03 FX4. I will also assume this is a 4WD.

I had 305 70 17 Terra Grapplers, then went to 305 70 17 Goodyear MTR's
Even though the metric specs are the same, the Goodyears are quite a bit larger(width and height). Check out my tire spec. thread for more info on this issue.
https://www.f150forum.com/f2/tire-gu...rsions-151539/

The width of those tires are ~11.22047244" from side wall to sidewall(without protective *****). I have had the terra grapplers and the tread/***** do no extend out past the sidewalls. Hence 11.22" is about the widest the tire will be.

The height is ~32.58661417"

Moreover, I don't think you will have any issue clearing those tires. This is with the assumption your trucks suspension and fender well sizes are close to mine.
