I do! and have been a lot bigger but mines different lol

If you're going to do a 6" lift with your body lift you're going to want to run AT LEAST 37s... 38s will also fit and 40s depending on wheel offset...

This being said, go with BDS, Fabtech, or Zone...

I know you said 6" but don't cheap out and buy RCX 5" and crank it to 6" with a body lift, tires will be too big for it to handle, ask me how I know... RCX is fine with 35s and if you keep up with it maybe 37s not cranked up...

i see I'm going to do a zone 6". right now i could clear 37s but because i have cut outs. I'm on the 35's with the body lift and 20x12s -44 I'm trying to sell my -44 wheels so i can get a -76 offset.

A7X, any side shots of the truck? I am thinking about a 3" body lift and 37's when I get enough money to re-gear, I already have the RCX 5".

Dont do it. You'll regret it as the RCX cant handle the stress.

Yeah I probably have a few, if I come across em I'll post...

Honestly, the rcx didn't like 37s, 39s, 40s...
I said 37s if you keep up with it because you'll be replacing crap here and there... if you feel like throwing $ away that's fine. ..

There's no offset to the Knuckles and the tie rod mount is only raised 2.5"... for a 5" lift they only met it halfway... If they raised it 5" even 4" I don't think I'd have much else to complain about... but because there's no offset the rod end mount is inside the wheel so they can't move it up...

They could've offset the Knuckles, ran a cv spacer and brought the rod end mount inboard and way up to compensate for the amount of lift... then trim a few threads off the rod end if needed... at the cost of what? An extra $30?? Well now if they would do it, it'd cost a fortune to change all their equipment etc... should've done it right the first time...

Someone there should have bought a fabtech and had a looksee before designing that thing...

Stick with 35s with the rcx, that's what their site recommends as well... that's my experience... I've been beyond 35s on it and it wasn't pretty...

I have heard good things about the Zone although I haven't had experience with it, it seems like a true 6" kit and seems of better quality design wise than the rough country just at short glance of the components...

The front box kit IE Everything for the front, is exactly the same as the BDS 6" kit. Only difference is the powder coating color and the manufacture warranty. It uses offset knuckles along with a relocated ackerman arm for the tie rod. Its raised nearly 5" and moved inboard 1/2". The last few I installed you had to trim nearly 1/2" off the outer tie rod and sleeve to get the alignment right. The instructions state 3/8" of a inch.

Thank you for this!
I haven't had the honor of handling one of these yet... and this backs up my theory on them by just looking at pictures alone...

Seems like a good setup, with some actual consideration for drivability and getting things closer to spec for a good ride and component longevity...
