Wheels and tires

Do they make a 16x12, or a 16.5x12 wheel with a 5x135 bolt pattern anywhere??

Don't go 16.5" wheels. Your tire choices will be very slim.

Unless you're ok with bias ply tires. I just replaced my 16.5"s bc they dont make radials any more. Or at least radials under 35". I didn't look for anything bigger.
