Wheel stud size

Anybody know off hand if the wheel stud on a 99 f150 2wd is 12mm or 14mm. I'v e heard they changed in 2000 but the auto part store didn't know. Any help would save me some time. Thanks

If you have the 12mm thread, it'll have a 19MM head on the lug nut.
If you have the 14mm thread, it'll have the 21MM head on the lug nut.

(Assuming you have stock lug nuts.)
