Will a 2007 Lariat F-150 Wheel fit and match the pattern on my 1999 4x4 5.4L?

nope......... 2004 and up have 6lug...

they are 6x135

...You need a wheel for 5x135....

its mostly for strength. but i completely forgot that they went to 6. fml. those things were well worth it too.
