wheel offset?

im getting new rims and tires soon i will be getting 16x10 wheels and 39.5x13.50x16 irok radials what wheel offset should i get -38 or -25 to have more clearance off the fenders

i know the -38 offset wheels will have a bigger lip and might poke out more, dont think that answers ur ?, but here u go

The -38 will stick out away from the truck more, and keep the tires away from the frame, but theres a higher chance of rubbing the fender.
