Now THAT was very informative. I had a flat some time ago ( two - three years) and the private owned tire and wheel shop I go to patched the tire just like shown.in the video and told me why. It was common sense and logical patching from the inside and I had no complaint of the $30 charge, I felt he protected me. I always keep my tires at the proper pressure within +/ 10% but not for the reasons he showed in the video and I was not aware of the cropping of the rubber inside by running them at too low tire pressure..
