I actually think the cranks are the same too, I believe it's something along the lines of 01+ up N/A engines have forged cranks from the factory. So i guess were both correct?

Maybe someone can chime in on that claim. Take mine with a grain of salt.

Here is a dyno run before fixing a few vac leaks and porting the plenum and blower. On hot days i make around 11# boost, on cold days I make well over 12#. I use a #4lb lower. Also that break in the curve is my torque converter. It's old and tired I'm making a bit more power now, cant find the other sheet.

Are you running a KB on a stock N/A block?

Very nice Dave. What size tires did you do the run on?

I was reading an artcile and it said the 99-00 had the forged cranks. While the 2001-2004's had the better built cast cranks (little better than our N/A trucks)

285/70/17, so basically 33's w/ 3.55's. they are definitely not speed rated to 130 MPH either

What's your plan with the KB?

And btw your N/A harness will work just fine. No need for a L harness.

You will need:

Airbox
90MM MAF
Intake Elbow
TB w/ cruise control/throttle bracket
Cruise Control & Throttle Cables
Plenum
Blower
Mid Plate
Intercooler
Lower Intake Manifold
Intercooler Reservior
Intercooler Pump w/ brackets
Intercooler Hoses
H/E w/ bracket
Crank Pulley
Belt
Blower belt tensioner bracket
42# injectors
255lph fuel pump
Alternator
Alternator Bracket
EFans or Waterpump spacer

Misc bolts and hoses but for the most part that's it.

I have done 2 L blower swaps and work on L/HD a lot so if you have any questions feel free to PM me.

Check out Madenterprise.com for a even more detailed list. But there are a bunch of things in the list you don't really need.

I’m putting a 5.4 Lightning motor into a 2003 f150. I have all the mechanical done but am running into wiring issues. I bought a lightning harness but it won’t plug into the cab harness more are their places to relocate the wires to at the wiring block. Where should I go from here?

Explaining what issues you are having would help alot.
