Default what kinda dumbasses do this?

Who puts a bumper like this on a truck. Come on its a truck not a car. Hell if you ask me I dont even think they should put them on cars. More less a f150 you cant pull sh*t with that junk *** thing on there. Well sorry about my rant.

It's called a rollpan.Get over it. Why does everyone on this site want every truck to be identical to what they want?

I think those bumpers look hideous also but i've seen several with hidden receivers behind the plate so it had absolutely no effect on the versatility of it being a truck

I've seen many lifted diesel trucks pulling trailers with a roll pan. Just because a truck is lowered or has a roll pan doesn't make it useless. It looks a lot cleaner than stock bumpers in a lot of situations, and you can still pull with a hidden receiver. Definitely doesn't make the owner a dumbass.

I think the truck the OP posted looks good for a 'street truck'

****, I had a rollpan on my lifted ranger.
