2002 5.4 FX4 Screw w/52,000 miles. Bought in December, haven't changed oil/filter in it yet... looks like a PITA to get to filter. I'll be using Motorcraft Synthetic Blend 5w-20 as it calls for with Motorcraft FL-820S filter.

Been using same oil in wife's '07 Focus w/Purolator filter.
