And if you spent 100 dollars on a part (with the promise that you could return it if you wanted), bought two on ebay for 20 bucks and then tried to return it and were denied, I don't think you would just "let it go" either.
Yes i would let it go. Your just going to make yourself look like an idiot. Id rather waste 100 dollars than look like a dumb ***.

If they said you can return it, they need to keep true on that. What part was it?

The clerk said he could return it. The clerk was new and unaware. Or just did not know. They cant keep true to it if it was a mistake. There is no return policy for electric items. I dont care if the owner of the boss said he could return it. The rules for that particular business is no refunds.

Doesn't matter if policy or not, he said he could so he needs to be able to. Wether it comes out of the Clerk's pay or whatever.

Speaking of looking like an idiot... anyways, I don't know what your story is, but I'm 19. I make barely above minimum wage. After taxes, 100 dollars is about 1.5 days, or 12 hours, worth of manual labor for me. So you can bet your *** I'm gonna talk to his manager, who, by the way, is responsible for making sure his employees know the return policy and don't give out false information to customers. And the guy was like 60, so I sincerely doubt he was new. Now I understand why they banned you the first time.

A voice of reason! It was a passenger door lock actuator. When I had my truck in the paint shop I'm pretty sure they set something on the lock button and left it there. Since I had previously done the tinfoil mod to both doors, the actuators fried. I didn't blame them for it since it would have been fine with unmodded actuators. I bought this one from Ford as a backup in case my local pick-a-part didn't have any, but I decided to go the aftermarket route instead and ordered some online.

Excuse me sir. Anyway you should have looked for a cheaper one before buying the more expensive one. Not smart shopping on your part. Dont take out your non deal finding before buying more expensive one not knowings on the poor old clerk or boss or anyone who works there. This is your own doing. Keep the thing and take it like a boss

The whole point of buying it was as a back up. I bought it in case I couldn't find anything better, since the parts store was closing for the weekend and I didn't want to wait until monday to buy it. The ONLY reason I bought it was because I was promised the ability to return it. And poor old clerk? He supplied me with false information which led to my purchase. If he had told me that I couldn't return it, I wouldn't have bought it, simple as that. This is his fault, not mine.

By the way guys, I'm sorry for starting an argument. I didn't mean for it to turn out this way. I'm being reasonable, right?
