Finally went to Discount Tire today and ordered my new tires and then I saw the price and it was a little bit more than I thought it was going to be. Oh well they hopefully will be worth it and should be in in about a week

What were your brakes like before the adjustment?

Adjusting the pushrod in the master cylinder really helped. I adjusted it several times, ending with probably 2.5 turns. Now the brakes grab after pushing down the pedal less than 1/3 of it's travel. I can lock all 4 wheels when the pedal is 1/2 way to the floor.
There is a sticky on the 'other' F150 website describing it (in the 2004-2008 section). The pushrod is located between the M/C and the booster; therefore you must remove 2 nuts and pull the MC forward. You don’t have to disconnect any lines. The pushrod has a locknut that you must loosen. Then turn the rod 1-2 turns so it is longer. Tighten down the locking nut and test. Repeat until perfect. You want the brakes to grab about 1/3 of the way from the pedal's rest position to the floor.

My brakes were weak and squishy. They would travel about 2/3 of the way to the floor and I was unable to lock up the tires no matter how hard I stepped down. Changing the rear rotors (150k originals) helped quite a bit. Power-bleeding the brake lines helped too.

I may try this because of the 5 99-03 f150s I have had my current crew cab has to have the brake pushed further to stop. And all the brakes are new.

Me and my buddy partnered to order 4 of these for reverse lights, since we both have white trucks. Gonna put them on a switch so I can have them on whenever, anti-tailgater lighting lol.

Used it as a parts getter to fix the junky LED headlights on my buddy's 02 Scab. Figured out a way to put a rubber plug and silicon on the back to stop the massive leak, and hopefully prolong the life of the LED's. Also traded a cupholder LED setup for him for some Taco Bell lol
