Ran it through the wash for the first time in months. Sometimes I forget how much I like the look of this truck!

Of course, the dirt road to my house was wet and the tires kicked up crap, but oh well!

tell me more about this $21.69 eBay cluster & some white LEDs
I got the cluster & lights separately. Just won the auction for the cluster. You’re right about plugged in was gonna give it a few days to keep an eye on the gauges & lights to make sure it all works well before throwing it all back together and then maybe having to pull apart again in 3 days

Replaced front caliper brackets last night, waiting on flex lines to do those and calipers. One of the 2 slider pins on both sides was seized.

Me? Oh, I resealed the rear window and reupholstered the headliner. Through some windshield primer on for good measure too.

I don't have one yet but I'm still searching for one. It's getting frustrating. Plenty of rust bucket 10th gens up here for $1k-$2k. and very few rust free 10th gens for $6k-$16k.
FWIW, I had a 97 from 97-2006.

yeah, I've been starting to see less and less of them for a while. Sad, but it is what it is. Mines on borrowed time too.

They're out there, but yes, good examples are getting harder to find, and you'll pay for them (at least out here). I was fortunate with mine.

Circling back to "What did you do...?" -- I'm headed out now to replace one (maybe both) of the front axle shafts since the left CV is clicking. I scored a pair of OEM units for $215 shipped.
