Yes you guys are right. The auto hvac runs the ac compressor with everything year round. For moisture. Forgot about that. Guess I'll wait till it craps out and pay someone to fix it. I don't know crap about the ac system.
I think I tried stopleak in the summer.

Then pull the AC fuse so you don't kill the compressor.

meh. Maybe a new compressor wouldn't be a bad thing. 308k miles, who knows how those bearings are holding up. Other than the fact that they don't make noise. xD

it'll lock up if you use it and if it locks up then you can't drive it.

I can always bypass it. Did I not say I was going to keep it topped off?
Edit: guess i said topped off in the summer. Fudge, better run over to walmart tomorrow.

OK folks, small stuff but fun, and did I mention cheap. This week. Interior LED's, and 3rd break lights also switched to LED.
Replaced license plate frame (had dealer advertising) with chrome. May look for all black instead.
Put on those little, ford logo, stainless steel, tire stem caps.
Next investment? Door ding, and window scratch repair.

I would ditch the chrome license plate frame. They don't last to long, especially with salt in the winter!

Hit the bed rails with a few coats of bed liner. Much better looking now!
