Well, about 2 weeks ago I decided to wax my truck off and take the wax off with one of those electric buffing wheel things with a wool pad. NEVER AGAIN. Too many curves so I Was always going back and chasing spots I missed so today I finally washed it. The dogs helped me as well lol.

Those look like the set I got (steel, only way to go)...were a PITA to find back then (about 6 years ago lol). Anyway, you'll like! Haven't had one brake issue since, - always stops on a dime...loaded. Well, that's IF you have good brake lines to compliment...it's a must.

I wouldn't want to keep them unless I paid for them. I'll just return them or sell them for a profit. I only paid $25 each for them and as soon as I bought them the prices jumped to $93.

The problem was in the description of the item on Amazon. They said it fit but there was no other information.

Classic O'rielly problems, they called me and said my parts where in (calipers for the 7700) and they came in for a regular F-150..... I was going to re-order but the guy on craigslist said he'd go down to 100 for the Ford powerstop towing brake kit for an Expedition, so I ended up with that lol.

Not sure I want the drilled and slotted rotors, but until they give me a reason to dis like them, I'll put them on with the assumption that later on I'll be putting on solid rotors.

Before you put on your rotors make sure they spec out to 30mm thickness. If they are any thinner, don't use them. I've read tons of threads and reviews about people buying these and other rebranded rotors being thinner than stock.

These and most all the other rotors on the market are supplied by the Affinia group. Most of the drilled and slotted rotors are just Affinia rotors rebranded and drilled and cut to make them seem more performance orientated.
