Got the box pulled off and the rear spring hangers knocked off. The rivets came out pretty easy. Much easier than I was expecting lol. Removing the the box alone was the hard part

I got my AC running again with AC Pro....nice and cold ac..I just love it now. Another item checked off the list.

I imagine some of those bolts could have had a mind of their own

Default What did you do to your truck today?

Could a bad thermostat be the issue behind my high ECT? This things running 200*-204* light driving in the 80-90's. I've noticed it gets there quicker and quicker with time. I've flushed the radiator before and it wasn't too dirty. I'm stumped. I'm running heavy wheels and tires but not enough to cause these numbers I don't think...if anyone knows it's you @jbrew I'll be forever great full for you wisdom and insight.


Edit: when replacing the tstat should I put a 194 back in or a cooler running one? I don't want to bandaid fix it if something else could be wrong, no codes if that helps.
