What did you do to your 10th gen today?
built my front push bar and got it installed.
it incorporates an air tank for my compressor for the ARB air lockers and for reinflating the tires for the return trip after wheelin is done.
the flat stock on the side is 10mm x 100mm flat bar, (3/8" x 4") I had to seam weld two section together to get the proper width before I could trim it to fit the bumper contour.
The bottom pipe is 10mm x 100mm and the top is 5mm x 60mm. the bottom pipe alone is the air tank and its internal volume is 4 liters or slightly over a gallen. all welds were done with 6013 for a root pass and 7018 for the final pass.

Nah, it is not a problem. I have seen bumpers, side steps and even roll bars used as an air tank on Jeeps. So long as you have good welds it really is not an issue, the tubing is thicker than any air tank out there. Also, you don't have to keep it pressurized all the time, just when wheeling or needing to use the compressor.
