So yesterday my girlfriend and I made an offer on a house, on our way home we stopped at ford and looked at a new car, we woke up this morning and went to ford and traded our 05 escape for a 2012 focus, low payments and 52mpg is awesome, while making the deal for the car I was on the phone negotiating for the house, my realtor just called to tell me they accepted our offer and we got the house!!!!
