Default What can i do?!

I have a 2000 Ford F150 XLT with 4.2L V6 which has a brand new engine core and water pump and compressor.

So today i was messing around and was racing my friend who owns a honda and i knew would lose since my car is heavy.

My question what can i do to beef up the power on my truck without blowing my engine? Super Charge, Turbo, cold air intake, what is out there so i can smoke him next time?

The 4.6 is s v8 and your truck is a lot heavier and geared slower. Supperchargers and turbos are 5k plus dollars. Without forced induction your best bet is a programmer but your still not gonna beat a ricer. If you want to beat him hook a chain to his honda and see if he can even budge you.

Can you put a lightning super charger on a 4.6? Before you go buying anything you need to figure out if its a 4.6 or a 4.2.
