Hello all,
I need to replace the rear ABS wheel speed sensor on my truck. It is the one that is located at the top of the rear Differential. The Ford Dealer is telling me that the Motorcraft sensor is discontinued. In my area, I have six brands to choose from and I am not sure which to trust. Vehicle info should be in my signature below.
Those are:
Dorman
Delphi
Duralast
WVE
NTK
Standard Motor Products
The top three are from Autozone and the bottom three are from Rock Auto, all within a dollar of each other so price is not a factor.
Any and all opinions will be gratefully appreciated.

 

of all those, i would have the most faith in the delphi one, they are actually an OE supplier for some vehicles

 

from those choices, Delphi or SMP.

I just checked the part number for that sensor, Ford # F85Z-9E731-AB, and it is available still on eBay and Amazon
