So the passenger side window on my 2003 F150 Supercrew cab is really picky. It will only go up and down when the weather outside is below 40 degrees. If its anything hotter it will not work at all. I had the window motor and regulator replaced about 3 months ago and it fixed the problem for a short while, but it started doing the same thing again. What can this be? I really don't want to have to replace the motor and regulator every 3 months. Help me out!

 

I would do 3 things. First, check the regulator assembly to make sure it is good and tight. Then I would make sure that it is well lubricated and aligned properly. THEN I would check the power connections (specifically the ground) to make sure they are not corroded and are adequate.
