So I have a f150 2002 with the 4.6 flareside and when im on the freeway going about 60 mph. When I step on the brake pedal it seems like it shifts down while still going 55 and up. It feels like it goes from 4th to 3rd but. After like 2 or 3 sec after the braking then accelerating back it will shift back up.
I think there was this one time I had hit the brakes at about 65 70 and when I stepped bsck on the accelerator I noticed it downshifted then shifted back up to 4th gear (without going under 60). Low fuel issues ? Trans issue ?
