Default weird high tick from front of engine

I have a weird high pitch tick coming from the front of my engine bay. Its a 97 f150. The tick isn't a squeal it's just a tick it also gets faster with higher rpm. Any suggestions as to what it could be

Lifter or an exhaust leak from a header. When you first start you truck in the mornings look for vapor coming from the header. Or feel around for air.

I have already fixed the manifold leak I had previously with headers and haven't heard that noise since. It honestly sounds like it is coming from the fan

Tried that and can't get it to do the noise it won't spin fast enough to even hear it I read on another thread it could be an oil pump from not using the right oil or filter but I did an oil change about two weeks ago and it only now started doin it. In the thread people also said it was only on cold start. As it is about 5° out the cold part is right but it does it constantly

Man I'm stumped. You sure it's not a lifter?
