What is your system voltage before and after you turn on the fog lights?

Did you just install light? I have seen people mistakenly tap a dimmer wire for ground for aux lighting with the same effect

i replaced my fog lights with PnP HIDS (yes i know frowned apon) but it hasn't had any issues in the year its been installed. Going to check the voltage today, I'm hoping its in the alternator or the solenoid and not the GEM. I'm sure theres a guide on how to find the GEM and check it for the notorious windshield leak, I'm not sure where its located but hopefully it wont come to that.

Time to check all the aftermarket wiring, it's entirely possible something has corroded or chafed through.
