So I've had no working pump since I got my 02 Supercrew a few weeks ago, swapped in a new 207 relay and nothing, blew out the lines with air, clear of debris or any clogging, put in a new pump today and still nothing, any thoughts?

Check for no power at plug.
If no power at plug then check fuses
