That's exactly right, unless there is a double charge on your statement or something they won't do a damn thing. How do they know you're not trying to fool them and you want your stuff and not have to pay for it? That's not their job to determine who is at fault and they will protect themselves first believe me.
The only time they will get involved is a false charge or a double charge. I got charged 450$ one time TWICE by the same company when I only authorized it once. The company did it on purpose, I called my bank they immediately credited me and then fought the company and they eventually won and got their money back.
It's not the banks job nor will they be and arbitrator in something that isn't in their interest or they can't prove.
I hate to say it but you took all the wrong steps honestly and now you are just gonna have to live with it. The pooch has definitely been screwed on this one.

true but the point of this post was to watch who your buying from and i was just giving a name from the one i got scerwed over by so i dont care if they do or dont give me money back i was just trying things ppl said they have done so read before you speak thanks
