Default Very Odd Electrical Problem, Seeking Help

I have a 2000 F-150 shop truck that is giving me fits, the truck will crank and I can drive it (does run a little rough) but none of the accessories work while in the run position no radio, no A/C, no power windows etc. but the power door locks DO function. The dash will occasionally cycle similar to start up. I can turn the key to acc and get the function back on the windows and radio. I have replaced the ignition switch along with the GEM module as well as the under dash fuse box. All the fuses check good and relays are fine. Hoping someone here can give me a little direction.

Problem found: IT WAS ME, 5 MIN after posting this I found the problem. At some point during all the changes I must have accidently moved the 40 amp fuse one row back severing the circuit to the Accessories. Original problem which oddly enough was very similar to the fuse issue was a corroded GEM module and fuse panel. The ignition switch had been giving us a little bit of an issue so i changed it out to eliminate any further issues.

We had a problem similar to this and had to trace lines with a probe for a day. IT was the dash and radio not working...

Check the connectors first, as that was what did it for us

Did you buy it new? Or recently buy it used?

It was 3 years old when my Father purchased it he gave it to me several months back after purchasing a new Ford Ranger because of the electrical issue with the GEM module, I had planned on using it as a shop truck but really I don't need it so its going up for sale. I have found the problem though (probably 5 min after posting the question) at some point during all the changes I (many times) checked the fuses and must have accidently put the 40 amp fuse under the hood one spot back which broke the circuit.
