Hi, I have a 2002 f150 Lariat with the Auto AC unit. I had trouble with the actuator door not moving from defrost to floor about a yr or so ago. I found some help through this forum and I say thanks. I replaced the O rings the first time back then but and now the problem came back. I was wondering if there is a way to vacuum test the actuator door and what I can use. I tried to replace the main controls (cost me $40) but that did not help.
