What are the torque specs for the upper control arms ( to frame and to knuckle ) it's a 03 SCREW 5.4 4WD

 

Bump. No one knows the torque specs for the upper control arm bolts that go to the frame and to the knuckle?

I did more looking and found Fords specs and decided to do the knuckle bolt at 65 Ft Lb and the frame bolts to 100 Ft Lb I found that website but the lug torque was way off ( like 95 or so and they are supposed to be 150) so i didn't want to risk finding the wrong numbers and my truck coming apart.
