Default Upgrading brakes

I have a caliper sticking and it's finally ate my pads and killed the rotor. From the research I've done an old expanding brake like could cause this. I'm going to be ordering 7700 calipers, expy rotors from 2002 green stuff pads and some new brake lines. I want to upgrade them to stainless braided, where would I get those from?

Also I hear advance has them at the best price, but I do not have one in town, autozone or Oreillys will have to be where I get them from. I just don't have time to wait for parts to come in the mail. Thanks for any help.

Any idea if the calipers from the 7700's are a direct bolt?

I think they are, difference is a little larger Pistons, and the pistons are steel instead of plastic

You have to get loaded calipers. You will need the caliper mounting bracket also. Order a set of Goodrich SS hose's. I have them on my 03 and it made a world of difference. I have the fronts and the main feed for the rear.

Maybe a stupid question, but what does loaded mean? Is that like with pads?

And how much did you pay for the hoses? I'm seeing about 330 for the kit.

Front hoses were $150. The one rear hose was $75. Loaded calipers include pads, and the mounting bracket and new caliper hardware. Pretty much bolt on and go.

Anybody know if the Pistons on the 7700 calipers are metal all the way through? Or just the front face?
