Default Undercoating

I've been thinkin about undercoating my truck (2000 F150 XLT). She looks pretty nasty under there and I need a way to clean it up. I don't know anything about undercoating, so anyone have any advice??

Well you can just get regular undercoating and start spraying or do like Im going to do and spray the frame and under the truck with spray on bedliner. Just need to tape everything else off. But it will stay strong, wont chip, and protect the heck out of it!

Prep work for spraying the undercoating?

Or just hit it with the spray bedliner
