Default Uhhh what's missing

In my 98 I recently replaced the headliner (got rid of that dirty ugly camo) when they put the camo on they didn't bother to put the dome light back on, but I found it under the seat.

My issue is the dome light doesn't have any sort of wire running from it and I can't find where it hooks up on the roof?

Is the Cable missing or how does this thing connect?

The power and ground wires are the two you see in the middle of the mounting panel. The light is held by a couple screws and two go into the wire ends. You can see they are threaded. This is all that holds it up to the headliner.

Thank you! I was so confused about this. Now I just have to find the right size screws so I can have a dome light again

Black/ Lt blue is power to dome light.

The other (orange/green?) is power to map lights.
