Oh god, hes one of THOSE people. But either way, I know its annoying, but it will all come back to bite him. As long as you know what you're doing, you'll be fine. I congratulate you though. Out of the many people i meet these days, its real hard to find someone who actually cares about taking care of themselves and their families. I really do fear for ourselves if finding people who actually work hard for a living are getting severely outweighed by people who are just lazy can be and rather have life handed to them on a silver platter.

I grew up in central Pennsylvania and move to Colorado 11yrs ago. I can see a big difference in how people raise their kids. There are so many spoiled little brats out here its ridiculous. Back home in pa you had to work for everything you got. I got $5 bucks a week for mowing the yard, washing the vehicles, taking out the trash and cleaning the pool. If I asked a kid to do that today they would want a $100 bill

At least. They feel like they shouldn't have to earn that nice new shiny game system or that brand new car. Life isn't like that, and they just don't care enough to realize that. Its a real shame actually. I'm far from perfect and have quite the amount of flaws. But i do really appreciate for what my dad has done for me, and what he has taught me. He didn't have to do all of that, but he did. He knew it was right and had to be done.

Isn't it terrible? I'm 18 years old. It really bothers me when I hear classmates complaining about chores or when they actually have to pay for something. Especially when they "work" on their parents farm. I'm one of only a few that actually pay for their own fuel. And its tough finding a good job cuz of the lazy scumholes

I like in Pa, I'm 17 and work my *** off for everything! All the rich kids in school are driving BMW mercedes Benz, and Lexus. The one girl threaten to run away when her parents got her a 2011 BMW and now a 2012! What the hell is wrong with people... I worked for everything I own and take good care of it, other kids are disrespectful and don't care

It was the same for me. I asked a lot of my classmates back in high school and about 95% said they dont pay either. I pay for my gas and insurance. Nor only do i pay mine, but i have to pay my moms too on her car. She can afford it, yes, but just because im a 20 year old male, it would have been higher if it was just in my name. Plus my sister had to do the same thing.

I would go on to some sites like failbook, and i saw this one girl complain so much because her mom didn't get her the new ipad an iphone. What did she get instead? $750. And she bitched about it. Seriously? You got $750 for your birthday and you complain...

At 14 I had a paper route, and in high school I worked at a local grocery store until graduation then 1wk after I had a full time job. The day I turned 18 I had to either pay rent or move out. My dad consigned for one car ant it was my first one. After that I was on my own. Kids today are too dependent on things just given to them. I was never unemployed since the age of 14 and now I try to instill tho into my kids so they can learn to figure it out on their own.
