Default U-Joints

So I'm getting a clicking noise from the rear of my truck, when I put it in drive or reverse I get a click and it clicks as I drive, I'm making an educated guess that it is my U-Joints, just looking for confirmation before I buy parts and take things apart, what can I do to tell for sure?

jack the rear of the truck up while its in neutral so you can turn the shaft by hand and see if you get any noises. check to see if your joints have zerk fittings and try greasing em. dont forget to block the front wheels.

just get under the truck and turn your driveshaft by hand, wiggle it up and down there should be no play in it. If there is then just replace them they are easy to install all you need is a c clamp to push the old ones out
