Turns off in reverse
You pulled all the plugs that fast? I may need to hire YOU to do mine next time! I assume you checked the gaps on all of them?
Frankly I have exhausted my ideas. One thing to try and this is not a fix, but could be used to narrow things down:
In a large parking lot with lots of open space, shift to neutral. Rev to 1,000, then shift into reverse, and AS SOON as it catches, gas it. If it still dies, you may need to investigate the TC. I it flies backward, (which I think it will) I would assume that would eliminate the TC as the problem. I don't blame you if you'd rather not do this. I could be harmful to your transmission.
One other thing to look into; fuel injectors. Perhaps yours have become clogged.
You could also actually try the ones that the keyboard mechanics always shout out first thing regardless of issues; Fuel filter and fuel pump.
