Exclamation Turn/hazards don't work help!!!

Hi i'm new to the forum. I can't for the life of me figure out why my turn/hazards won't work. I have so far replaced the flasher under the dash and the multi-function switch on the steering column. My brake lights also wont work except for the cab one. The bulbs are ok because we checked and all lights work for parking lights.

If you can help it would be great, save me a trip to the dealer.
Thanks!

Do the wipers, door chime and interior lights work?

I thought if the other components had failed too it would have been the GEM module, but since they are working, I would start by checking the fuse's and then start looking for a short somewhere.

all fuses are fine, i pinpointed the problem to all wires connecting to the multi-function switch but couldn't find out why they aren't working. I fiddled around with them and tried pressing them in but still nothing.

Thanks for responding!

Try putting your tilt steering wheel all the way up....try the flashers, mine wont work if the steering is tilted all the way down...it is a flaw in the wiring in the steering, when it is down it pinches the wire...its an easy fix I just havent yet

You replaced the flasher under the dash? Where is it located?

It's to the right of the steering wheel in a box next to the blower relay. I had to rip apart the dash and pry it off to get it. It's blue

Ok. I dont have any hazard light but everything else works so I thought I might try the flasher.
