Default Turbo kit?

I have a 02 f150 lifted with performance already in it. Can I put a turbo kit on my 4.2 V6 5spd? If yes what kind of turbo should I get?

No. You'll have to fab quite a bit on your own. I only know of one guy that has done it on a 4.2.

Your better off selling your truck and finding one with 5.4. It'll be cheaper in the end

Absolutely. A Lighting engine will drop right in. You can use your stock transmission, driveshaft, motor mounts, all accessories and even the stock ECU. The engines are a dime a dozen in junkyards too.

Since your truck has so much performance already in it, as you put it, a Lighting engine is a perfect upgrade. Good luck and post pics!

Don't 5.4s use a completely different bell housing? I can't tell if you're being sarcastic about the ECU

I'm being completely sarcastic. I've seen enough of threads like these to realize when the OP is really serious.
