Tuneup time!

I'm right on the edge of 100K miles on my '03 4.6 FX4. My mileage has been slipping for the last 10K miles, and I want to do a thorough tuneup. So what do I need to do? All advice appreciated.

Plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, oil change, and diff fluid change should get you started.
