A larger throttle body, spacer, and larger MAF will do nothing for you naturally aspirated engine. If you want to reduce restriction in the intake, do the Gotts mod. Here's the list I'd start with these in no particular order:
1. Global COPs and Motorcraft SP-479 sparkplugs torqued to 28 lb/ft dry (compression test if you wish at this time too)
2. Fuel filter
3. Motorcraft front O2 sensors
4. Coolant flush
5. Replace brake fluid
6. Transmission fluid exchange and filter
7. Inspect/replace serpentine belt (Gatorback for replacement)
8. Inspect exhaust system and heat shields
9. New shocks
10. Test battery and alternator
11. Replace differential fluid
12. Clean throttle body, IAC, EGR ports, and MAF
13. PEA fuel system cleaner if you don't use top tier fuel
14. Replace air filter (WIX, afe Pro dry)
15. Inspect brake pads, calipers, and rotors
16. Repack/Replace wheel bearings
17. Lubricate all joints in the front end and drive line if applicable.

Efans, long tubes, custom tunes are about all the options for more power you're going to get from bolt on mods. Do all your maintenance before you go into modding more.

An extractor kit is about the only thing if the break coming out or are already broken.
