There were a couple of cities that tried sand here, but they've gone back to salt. But rust here in UT isn't near as bad as some states. I've seen some pretty brutal looking decay on forums.

2 of my buddy's have f150's around the same year and all have rust . I've had both brakes lines up front rust and break off . Thank god I wasn't going fast . My front drive shaft looks like it could break into . But other than that it's been a good truck lol
