Default 1999 6cylinder is misfiring bad..HELP!!

My 1999 F150 is throwing code P0305.so far I changed all the plugs, the wires, the O2 sensors, the mass airflow sensor and just change the head gaskets. After the gaskets were changed it started running really rough so I changed the coil 2 weeks ago (which was only 8 months old). When I accelerated ( particularly uphill) it learches forward and today the code came back. Not sure what else code cause it. I also just redid the EGr and the entire line to the EGr and had a new fuel filter and #5 injector installed.

What brand is the coil you used? How about the plugs? If it's not a Ford coil, swap it with another cylinder and clear the codes. See if the problem/code changes cylinders.

It sound really suspicious that you might have a problem inside your engine since it was really running rough after changing the head gasket. Can't tell from your post if changing the coil temporarily fixed the misfire. If it did, recommendation by white89gt sounds like it will lead you to your fix. If not, you should do a compression check and see if you are loosing compression to a bad valve or other compression leak in the cylinder.
