Check the wires going to the MAF specially the red one. It may have rubbed and shorted out causing your stall.

Call any parts house and they can cross reference the FoMoCo p/n for that relay and might be able to tell you what it is if nobody chimes in with what it is for.

The second from the top is the battery saver relay. GEM controlled to turn off accessories after the keys are removed. You are not going to like this but you have to remove the fuse panel and look at the GEM to check for water intrusion. The windshield can leak allowing water to drip onto the GEM and corrode the terminals. But before you try all this check the grounds on the truck for corrosion. The main one is on the starter bolt. Make sure it is tight. Also check the positive (red) wires coming off the battery. They attach to a relay on the firewall. Look for corrosion and poor connections.

take the neg terminal off and take your computer out and open it to see if it is fried. My dad's 95 f250 had a fried computer and it cost him a tranny almost a motor and the new tranny wont shift while in drive.
