Default Truck runs rough after cleaning engine bay?

Paid my little brother to wash my truck for me and he told me he just hosed off the engine after I realized it was running rough.. It smells weird now too after its running.. What could this be? Coil packs? Plugs? I have no idea. Any help appreciated.

Yeah ive been told to leave it running too. Ive also been told to let it sit and get cold so u dont crack the block but that seems like itll never happen. I just dont spray directly onto the coils for a long time. I keep the wand moving.

Did you get any water doen in the spark plug holes? It could be shorting out the plugs.

I would never wash my engine bay!

I do with a rag, and it usually doesn't have much water on it. But then again, boost is what lets you know its weak and/or going out. Our coils in these trucks are very finicky, let alone how far our spark plugs are down in our heads to let water out.
