Default Truck running rough

I know this is kind of a shot in the dark but hopefully somebody can help me.

I started the truck today to go to work and it was running fine. I made it a mile down the road and I had to wait for a red light. While I was sitting there the truck started shaking really bad and the service engine soon light started flashing. I drove a little bit farther and the light stopped flashing but is still running like crap. Does anybody have any idea what it might be? I'm gonna go to autozone in the morning and have it read but I'm not sure if it will pick it up being that the service engine soon light went off.

Check ur spark plugs and coil pack and then if that ain't it then put an injector cleaner in your gas tank next time you fill up!

I put a bottle of the Lucas fuel system cleaner in every tank so I'm sure they are probably pretty clean. Lol. Is there a such thing as too much?

I'm gonna replace the plugs first. I hope that will take care of it. It's probably about due for them anyway

I have an 03 F150 4.6 V8 and it did the same thing awhile back. My owners manual said that the service engine light flashing means its missfireing. I replaced Plugs and Coils and checked all the wireing. This fixed it. I first replaced all plugs and Coils. It still ran rough. Come to find out the Coils I orded at a discount off the internet did not work brand new out of the box. I took to a local shop/friend and he put on new coils from Auto Parts store and it fixed the problem.

I'm hoping they can narrow it down to which one so I don't have to buy all of them at the same time. The coils are $53.99 a piece.
