Default Truck Doesn't Start When Cold Outside

I have a 1999 F-150, 4.2L V6 5 Speed, I had a remote start installed 3 weeks ago. The truck worked fine until a week or so ago. It turns over and over but won't fire. (Just like it does if you use a non-chipped key). My first thought was the remote starter acting up. However, we towed it to my shop and it started the next morning. So I took it home again. Again, it would not start in the morning (right now the temp is about -20C out at night). So it starts when its warm but won't fire when cold.....?????!!!!!?????

I also had electric fans installed. I am wondering if anyone has had this problem as well.

and yes....we have tried the fuel reset button....lol

Any help would be great!

Ryan
